Our Mercedes A45 AMG Coupé was delivered new in Germany and put into circulation on November 27, 2015. It was imported into France for its second owner in April 2018.

This copy is in excellent condition. It is configured in a Mountain Gray Metallic shade, combined with gray rims, red brake calipers, and a black leather and alcantara interior with red elements. All the elements are aesthetically perfect.

At the mechanical level, the operation of our A45 AMG is excellent. Its 2.0 L 4-cylinder Turbo developing 380 horsepower, combined with the Speedshift DCT7 automatic transmission, always provides excellent sensations in the pure AMG philosophy. Its maintenance is carried out exclusively in the Mercedes Center. Its history is fully searchable. A revision will be carried out for sale.

Founded in 1967 by Werner Aufrecht and Erhard Melcher, AMG is a company that grew directly from the Mercedes factories. Following the end of the development of the Mercedes racing department, the two engineers decided to launch their own brand to continue their activity. A close collaboration with Mercedes has been active over the years, with the production and improvement of numerous models, such as the famous Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL. A commercial partnership agreement was signed between the two brands starting in 1990, allowing the development of the first model produced jointly, the C 36 AMG class.

Daimler-Chrysler then acquired 51% of AMG's shares in 1999, to finally integrate 100% of AMG in 2005. AMG then became the official sports and competition department of Mercedes. References on the market, AMG models are rapidly blossoming with the takeover of numerous Mercedes models, all improved to the extreme. New series are created specifically by AMG, such as the Black Series or Signature Series, reinforcing its expertise.

In 2012, the German brand celebrated the 45th anniversary of AMG, and offered for the occasion a model that was as special as it was unique in the automotive market. The A-Class Type 176 was taken over by AMG and became the A45 AMG, thus being the most powerful compact on the market. Only able to receive transverse engines, the A45 AMG is equipped with a 2.0L Turbo 4-cylinder engine with 360 horsepower, or an efficiency of 180 hp/L. The 4-wheel drive and the dual-clutch automatic transmission offer a fiery temperament to the German compact. Overtaken by the Audi RS3 and its 367 horsepower, the German brand unveiled a restyling in June 2015, improving damping and gearbox management, and of course increasing power.

The 2015 A45 AMG therefore develops no less than 380 horsepower and 475 Nm, making it possible to reach 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.2 seconds. The 4Matic all-wheel drive regulates grip losses excellently, while the brakes boost performance as the operation is precise. The engine is assembled entirely by hand, in accordance with AMG philosophy and tradition. The interior is not to be outdone with Recaro leather bucket seats with red stitching, and an overall finish that is unremarkable.
