This Porsche 911 Type 996 Carrera 4S, registered for the first time in Italy on June 16, 2003, was imported into France in 2012. Its current owner took possession of it in 2018. It has 72,000 km on the odometer.

The Porsche 911 Type 996 Carrera 4S, launched in 2002, is a notable variant of the fifth generation of 911 produced between 1997 and 2006. The 996 marked a significant break in the history of the 911, introducing a liquid cooled engine, a first for Porsche, in order to meet environmental standards and modern performance expectations.
The Carrera 4S is distinguished by its enlarged body borrowed from the 996 Turbo, as well as its brakes and suspension. This model maintains a multi-link rear suspension derived from the 993, but adopts an entirely new and more rigid chassis, with an optimized wind tunnel design.
The 996 Carrera 4S is also recognized for its distinctive design, including its “fried egg” headlights, which have caused controversy among purists. However, this model incorporated elements from the collaboration with the Boxster, a choice motivated by financial constraints to reduce development costs.
