The Porsche 911 Type 992 Turbo S Cabriolet, introduced in 2018, is the eighth generation of the 911. The Turbo S model, launched in March 2020, is equipped with a 3.7-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine, developing 650 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. This engine allows an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds for the convertible, with a maximum speed of 330 km/h. The turbos and intake system have been expanded for increased performance, and the air intakes have been moved behind the engine.

The 992 Turbo S features advanced technologies, such as Active Suspension Management (PASM), ceramic composite brakes, rear-axle steering, and active anti-roll bars. A new rear wing generates 15% more downforce compared to the previous model, and the front cooling flaps are adaptive.

The 992 Turbo S interior combines tradition and modernity, with a straight dashboard and 7-inch digital screens framing an analog tachometer. The model also comes standard with features such as a 10.9-inch touchscreen and a “Wet” mode to adjust driving settings on wet roads, improving safety and stability.
