The Porsche 911 Type 992 Carrera GTS Cabriolet, presented in 2018, is part of the eighth generation of the famous 911. With modern lines but true to the heritage of the model, this generation is distinguished by its widened rear arches and 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels, formerly reserved for high-performance versions.

The Carrera GTS model, launched in 2021, is equipped with a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-6 engine, delivering 480 horsepower and 570 Nm of torque. Combined with an 8-speed PDK gearbox, it reaches 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. A 7-speed manual gearbox is also available, with the Sport Chrono Package as standard, for fans of traditional driving.

The 992's interior has been modernized, with a dashboard inspired by old 911 models, a 10.9-inch center screen and two 7-inch digital screens. The Carrera GTS Cabriolet is equipped with “Wet” mode, which adjusts stability and performance on wet surfaces, and offers an optional sports chassis that is lowered by 10 mm.

In 2022, Porsche launched a limited edition “50 Years Porsche Design” in tribute to the brand's first timepiece, limited to 750 pieces.
