Replacing the 987 generation, the Cayman Type 981 evolves on all levels: dynamic efficiency, comfort, manufacturing quality, performance, power and many others. A sporty model par excellence from the German brand, the 981 has a GTS name that allows you to take full advantage of all the Porsche technicality.
Launched on November 20, 2014 in Germany, this Cayman GTS Type 981 arrived in France in 2016. Owned for 4 years by its previous owner, it covers approximately 40,000 kilometers over this period, for a current total of 63,900 kilometers. Having left the factories for 9 years, its general condition is excellent.
It has a body in an intense metallic Black color without any defect and without a hitch. The paint, which adds an obvious sporty character, offers brilliance and depth. Entirely covered in black leather, the interior combines perfectly with the body and is in excellent condition. The bucket seats, steering wheel and dashboard are in excellent condition and have no defects. The on-board instrumentation is functional.
Mechanically, the 340-horsepower naturally aspirated Flat 6 and the PDK gearbox offer sharp sportiness and excellent operation. The naturally aspirated engine offers great musicality, more present than on the 718 range.
Maintained with seriousness, it has a technical inspection carried out at 53,500km in June 2021 and a second on September 4, 2023, both undamaged. The last revision was carried out at 60,500 km. The complete stamped maintenance book and numerous invoices are available. Very recent repairs have been made on the rear brake discs, front and rear brake pads and it has 4 new tires. Duplicate keys are available.

The Porsche 981 Cayman GTS represents an essential step in the tradition of Porsche Cayman. Launched in 2014, it belongs to the 981 generation, succeeding the 987 generation and preceding the 982, or Cayman 718, more recent.
The Cayman range, initially introduced in 2006, bridged the gap between the Porsche Boxster and 911 models. The name “GTS”, for “Gran Turismo Sport”, has a long tradition at Porsche, generally meaning increased performance and a purer driving experience. In 2014, the Cayman GTS joined this prestigious line.
